Richard Maloney

Richard is an urban designer with a background in construction and architecture as well as years of experience in town planning.  His urban design and masterplanning skills range from initial concept and feasibility work through to detailed layout design and large scale strategic master plan formulation.  He has knowledge of working within public and private sectors as well as vast public consultation experience.  Key skills and experience include:

Richard is an Associate at DAP Architecture based in Chelmsford, Essex. He is also an Associate Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
