Charlotte Savage

Charlotte has previously studied architecture and is working towards full membership of the RTPI. Charlotte's background in both architecture and urban design provide a strong skill set for place-making and design over a variety of different scales.

Charlotte has experience in working on projects ranging from 2 to 3,000 units. Including the production of strategic frameworks, illustrative masterplans and supporting documentation, as well as attending public consultation events and community workshops.

RECENT PROJECTS

- South Oxford Science Village - A scheme for 3,000 homes, Science Park extension, district centre and supporting uses on the edge of Oxford.

- Drayton Lodge Farm - Application 300 dwellings with retail/community facilities that references the character of the surrounding rural communities of Cherwell.

- Design, preparation and collation of numerous promotion documents, Design and Access Statements and capacity studies on a variety of residential and mixed-use projects ranging from 10 to 3,000 units.
