Rivermead

A mixed-use proposal for 315 student dwellings and over 11,000m2 of commercial floorspace within Chelmsford City Centre. The site lies within Flood Zone 3, adjacent to a Grade II listed building and adjacent to a Local Nature Reserve and so not without considerable challenges. Following extensive consultation with the City Council and public consultation, the scheme progressed to a successful conclusion in September 2019.
