brodie* urban design
The physical shape of a neighbourhood, town or city arises not from the buildings, but from the spaces they create. Movement through these spaces and their connection with the whole gives a neighbourhood, town or city its form. Urban design is about making space into place by analysing, organising and shaping urban form. However, place is not just physical space, it is also cultural and temporal, and activity is ultimately what brings it to life. brodie* urban design is commited to bringing space to life in a sustainable manner.
As a boutique urban planning and design practice, brodie*urban design is able to give projects the time and specialised effort they deserve in order to help clients and communities achieve their desired goals.
